Individually set in 40 acres of private woodland the log cabins in Sherwood Forest are your perfect choice for a holiday right in the heart of beautiful Robin Hood Country.

This makes a great all round base for touring with open countryside and cities waiting to be explored. You will find a host of scenic and historic attractions.

For those not wanting to venture too far the park offers a wide range of facilities to suit all ages and all tastes.

Shops are just 2 miles away and the immediate area has many good restaurants and inns. A car is advisable to get the most from your holiday.

Lovely peaceful park ideal for a quiet break and close enough to loads of interesting places within easy travelling distance. Rufford Abbey and Mill are very close and a wonderful place to spend time. Lots of good pubs to eat in at reasonable prices and a Sunday market at Thornsby (approx 15mins away) is huge and really worth a visit. This is our second visit at this park and I really hope to visit again. Miss T

This is a very child friendly park with a wonderful location. The children loved being able to jump out of bed get dressed and run around or bike in the woods at 7am! Definitely a place to relax in whether you have children or not. It was quiet and the wildlife was fascinating to young and old alike. Quiet but with plenty to do on the park and lots to see locally. The woodland comes right up to your door the staff are extremely friendly and helpful but keep a low profile. Mrs J
