A host of outdoor pursuits await in the local area with fly-fishing golf clay pigeon shooting and jetskiing all available within just a mile. The village of Brandesburton with two pubs a restaurant and shop is nearby.

I would recommend this holiday. I went alone with my daughter and we had a brilliant time in the hot tub every morning then sightseeing during the day and back in the hot tub again. My daughter is 8 and never once said she was bored which is definitely a first. Its lovely sitting in the lodge looking out over the lake at the ducks and swans! Ms M

A gorgeous luxurious and modern lodge in a perfect idyllic location. Just a 5 minute walk into village where there is a fish and chip restaurant chinese restaurant 2 pubs both serving excellent food. Tons to do and see - we will be back very soon it was perfect. Mrs N
This was a great break away from any stresses. It was excellent accommodation very clean and welcoming the park manager was very helpful and the park was quiet and relaxing - just what we needed! Mrs G
Excellent all round super cabins and the nearby village has good pubs and fish and chips and shops. There is now a very demanding pitch and putt course on the complex so take your clubs and plenty golf balls (one of the holes has the tee on an island in the middle of a small lake) - HARD but good fun! This is the 2nd time we have been to Dacre Lakeside in Brandesburton. We love Dacre because it is situated on a lakeside is easily within reach of most major towns and the coast and most of all the accommodation is bang up to date and the staff are really friendly and helpful. A great experience great location and accommodation great staff and good value for money - what more can you ask !! Mrs C
