You cannot fault the location of the park as it is situated around the corner from the beach and also the train station for days out. You can also walk along the beach wall to Dawlish - all ideal! Ms W

The Cassita accommodation is really fantastic - well laid out extremely comfortable with plenty of both living and storage space. Small features such as the door to shut off the bedrooms having a separate bath and shower and being able to pass things from the kitchen directly to the dining area really made a difference. The heating was very effective - which we needed with the weather we had! The location is very good with the beach an easy walk away. The children's play area on the site was also very well designed. It was enclosed with separate areas for younger and older children. The layout of slides tunnels and swings was good and there were also some more unusual features - such as dinosaurs and planes to ride on. Our 20-month daughter loved it. Mrs M
