In the beautiful Duddon Estuary and close to magnificent beaches and sand dunes you are ideally placed for exploring the Lake District. The village has its own 200 acre lake where sailing*† windsurfing*† water skiing school*† and rainbow trout fishing*† are available.

Anytime of the year you can enjoy breathtaking views take wonderful walks or simply relax in the tranquil surroundings.

I found on this holiday you can be as active as you wish - there are walks ski-ing swimming mountain climbing and if you wish you can take your bike. We tried everything and we also found time to sit and relax fpr a few days as well! Miss M

The location was perfect for families dog lovers walkers and nature lovers. The caravan was cosy and warm and the lady who showed us around was extremely helpful directing us to local shops etc. All in all a lovely weekend and we will definitely be booking for next year.! Mrs M
