Coombe Lodge at Leycroft Valley
Approached by a beautiful narrow cornish road and set in 7 acres of idyllic woodland valley between Perranporth and St Agnes on the North Cornish coast. Leycroft Valley with its shallow stream waterfall a mill pond and an abundance of wildlife flora and fauna is ideal for those who wish to relax in peace and quiet and is a beautiful base from which to explore Cornwall.
Beautiful walks and coastal paths unfold in the surrounding area together with a host of tourist attractions and outdoor pursuits. Miles of sandy beaches with excellent surfing boating boat charter horse and pony riding fishing many lovely gardens a cider farm and vineyard all within easy reach.

My family visited Leycroft Valley in August and we were absolutley delighted with every aspect of our holiday. The accommodation was pristine and beautifully located in a delightful woodland setting. The welcome was warm and genuine by staff who personally escourted us to our cabin which exceeded our expectations there was even a cream tea waiting for us in the fridge! All fixtures and fittings were of the highest quality the cabin was very modern and comfortable and the hot tub was amazing after a hard days sight seeing. The staff were attentive when needed and always incredibly friendly and genuine - we have stayed in some very expensive hotels and the staff at Leycroft could teach them a thing or two on customer service! Our children adored the owners dog Charlie Brown and loved playing ball with him and feeding the ducks in the on site pond. The location was down a winding country lane which gave the impression of being in the middle of nowhere in actual fact we were only 5 minutes drive from Perranporth and its good array of shops and lovely restaurants and very close to St Agnes and its historic tin mines. We were all sad to leave after our weeks break and will most definitley be returning again in the not too distant future. A wonderful place with wonderful people very very highly recommended and we can't wait to return! Mrs W
The accommodation was very clean and very modern in decor but very tastefully done. The outdoor hot tub was a complete luxury and we would definitely go back - just what we needed to re-charge our batteries. MRS B
Leycroft Valley was lovely and peaceful in a nice woodland surrounding not too far from the main village. Great for people that enjoy walking and the lodges were really nice clean and spacious. W e would definitely like to holiday there again. Miss S
