Approached by a beautiful narrow cornish road and set in 7 acres of idyllic woodland valley between Perranporth and St Agnes on the North Cornish coast. Leycroft Valley with its shallow stream waterfall a mill pond and an abundance of wildlife flora and fauna is ideal for those who wish to relax in peace and quiet and is a beautiful base from which to explore Cornwall.

Beautiful walks and coastal paths unfold in the surrounding area together with a host of tourist attractions and outdoor pursuits. Miles of sandy beaches with excellent surfing boating boat charter horse and pony riding fishing many lovely gardens a cider farm and vineyard all within easy reach.

This was a perfect location to visit the wonderful nearby town of Perranporth 2 miles away but was also an ideal base for those wishing to travel arund the local area - the large town of Truro for example was only 7 miles away. The accommodation was new and we really appreciated the little details such as finding fruit in our accommodation which made us feel that Leycroft Valley was attentive and caring of their customers. This holiday park is the best place to relax and unwind. The hot tub is amazing and is well needed after after all the lovely things that we got to do out and about. Our dog loved the lodge too and the area around is very dog friendly the beach at Perranporth is fab and very dog friendly too. Mr B
