Approached by a beautiful narrow cornish road and set in 7 acres of idyllic woodland valley between Perranporth and St Agnes on the North Cornish coast. Leycroft Valley with its shallow stream waterfall a mill pond and an abundance of wildlife flora and fauna is ideal for those who wish to relax in peace and quiet and is a beautiful base from which to explore Cornwall.
Beautiful walks and coastal paths unfold in the surrounding area together with a host of tourist attractions and outdoor pursuits. Miles of sandy beaches with excellent surfing boating boat charter horse and pony riding fishing many lovely gardens a cider farm and vineyard all within easy reach.

| "This is the place to go to chill out its a secluded and quiet park and we were able to relax in our own private hot tub. Its also very close to the A30 allowing easy access to the whole of Cornwall. We would throughly recommend this park to all of our family and friends. " |

| "The park is quiet and secluded and the lodges are beautiful. All equipment you could think of was supplied and the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was very enjoyable after our sight seeing. Very nice friendly staff and Perranporth is lovely." |
