Battle (of 1066 fame) is close by and the historic south coast Cinque Port of Rye is nearby – its ancient town centre with cobbled streets and timber framed buildings and the constant bustle of its fascinating fishing harbour offer a wealth of interests.

The accommodation was excellent and the park was ideally suited as a base for visiting the South coast. We even managed a day over to France! One of the best holidays I've had in a long time. Mr S

I would recommend this holiday park to all ages Frenchman's Beach Holiday Village is very charming and has a lovely atmosphere!! Where the park is situated you can walk into the nature reserve and then after a few minutes you meet with the beach! If you wish and feel energetic you can continue along the path to Winchelsea and why not because there is a lovely cafe on the beach where you can have lunch. All the staff are polite and the entertainment was fab! We will be returning next year!! Mr R
