Set in 42 acres of grassland with tree lined roads this long established family owned park sits on the edge of the popular seaside town of Bognor Regis. The ideal base for a relaxing and fun filled family holiday.
Children are well catered for with their own Rascals Club (4–13s) with its programme of fun activities and games. A clubhouse offers entertainment for the whole family including cabarets discos bingo live music and dancing.
Bognor Regis with its pier Hotham Park and varied shops offers a host of family attractions and the historic town of Chichester famous for its magnificent cathedral and internationally-renowned Festival Theatre is only 6 miles away. Goodwood one of the most beautiful horse racing tracks in the country and also home to motor racing is 7 miles.

The park suited us very well it wasn't too busy so we felt it was safe for the children to go out to the play area and ride their bikes without close supervision. The ground staff worked hard keeping everything neat and tidy but not starting at the crack of dawn. Mr R
I would like to recomend the park because the staff are so friendly and the facilities are very good. The prices of food drink and even the arcade is very good - it makes a change to be able to go on an affordable holiday! Mr C

we had our holiday in dawlish warren welcome family park there is a lot to do and see every thing to take kids to is a short drive and train station on the doorstop for caravan site. the club is very entertaining from 0 - 100 Mrs R
