Conveniently situated between the historic City of York and the beautiful market town of Beverley Yellowtop offers a tranquil and stylish retreat and a gateway to the breathtaking Yorkshire Wolds. A small development of lodges each overlooking a picturesque lake affords visitors a safe and secure environment to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday or short break.

Excellent coarse fishing* opportunities are available for all ages and abilities and if you are looking for lovely walks there is a direct link to a beautiful bridleway and nature trail network from the park. Children can feed the ducks and collect the eggs or watch the wildlife.

This is a very quiet and relaxing park and is not too far from York it's ideal for a long weekend away. Mrs D

The Holiday Park was an excellent base and surroundings couldn't have been better. We wanted quiet and we got it. However although we would definitely holiday with Hoseasons again we would in future make sure we went for a site with more facilities or closer local amenities. Mr L

I would recommend this holiday as it was a really nice relaxing break with pretty much everything included. The kitchen was very well equipped the hot tub was lovely and the views out over the lake were really nice and relaxing not to mention the extremely tame ducks and fish that you can feed right outside the balcony.
