Conveniently situated between the historic City of York and the beautiful market town of Beverley Yellowtop offers a tranquil and stylish retreat and a gateway to the breathtaking Yorkshire Wolds. A small development of lodges each overlooking a picturesque lake affords visitors a safe and secure environment to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday or short break.

Excellent coarse fishing* opportunities are available for all ages and abilities and if you are looking for lovely walks there is a direct link to a beautiful bridleway and nature trail network from the park. Children can feed the ducks and collect the eggs or watch the wildlife.

The pretty local village is just 2 miles away and hosts a good selection of shops. A laundry room* and internet kiosk are available on site. *Charges apply.

The Holiday Park was an excellent base and surroundings couldn't have been better. We wanted quiet and we got it. However although we would definitely holiday with Hoseasons again we would in future make sure we went for a site with more facilities or closer local amenities. Mr L

I would recommend this holiday as it was a really nice relaxing break with pretty much everything included. The kitchen was very well equipped the hot tub was lovely and the views out over the lake were really nice and relaxing not to mention the extremely tame ducks and fish that you can feed right outside the balcony. Yellowtop Parks log cabins are set in a lovely location that is quiet and secluded. Its location is just a short drive from York city centre and the cabin we had was very clean and it felt like a home from home. The furniture was lovely and it was equipped with everything you would need for a break. The fresh eggs in the morning that you could pick yourself is a noce touch too. I would highly recommend a break or honeymoon to this park. Mr B

Absolute relaxation! A peaceful location with ducks on the patio in the morning! The hot tub was a great extra and there was even a tub of toys for my son to play with! A great all round break away from it all!! Mrs H

We honestly believe we have found one of the best country parks in the UK. There was a hot tub for the girl friend and a superb fishing lake for me in brilliant accommodation. Mr H
