Conveniently situated between the historic City of York and the beautiful market town of Beverley Yellowtop offers a tranquil and stylish retreat and a gateway to the breathtaking Yorkshire Wolds. A small development of lodges each overlooking a picturesque lake affords visitors a safe and secure environment to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday or short break.

Excellent coarse fishing* opportunities are available for all ages and abilities and if you are looking for lovely walks there is a direct link to a beautiful bridleway and nature trail network from the park. Children can feed the ducks and collect the eggs or watch the wildlife.

We chose this particular park based on the fact that it was self catering and we could either cook at the lodge or go out also we had a hot tub to look forward to once our little girl had gone to bed. The free range hens were an excellent idea and the fact that you could go along to the coup each morning to collect eggs for your breakfast was an excellent touch which my little girl loved - overall a top holiday! This is an ideal holiday if you want peace quiet and a chance to unwind. The accommodation was comfortable and the hot tub made it even more special. The location was perfect for exploring Yorkshire both the towns and coast. We had just the perfect time. Miss S
