Conveniently situated between the historic City of York and the beautiful market town of Beverley Yellowtop offers a tranquil and stylish retreat and a gateway to the breathtaking Yorkshire Wolds. A small development of lodges each overlooking a picturesque lake affords visitors a safe and secure environment to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday or short break.

Excellent coarse fishing* opportunities are available for all ages and abilities and if you are looking for lovely walks there is a direct link to a beautiful bridleway and nature trail network from the park. Children can feed the ducks and collect the eggs or watch the wildlife.

This is a very quiet and relaxing park and is not too far from York it's ideal for a long weekend away. Mrs D

I booked this lodge for my boyfriends birthday and was a little bit nervous about staying here as I have never done a holiday like this before - the usual are beach holidays abroad. However this holiday was the most relaxing holiday I have ever been on. Yellow Top lodges are great for anybody we went as a couple but there was a family with children there and its also popular for fishermen who sat on the edge of the lake for hours each day. The special zing to this holiday was the hot tub (fabulous) and the fresh eggs every morning yummy!!! We are going back later this year hopefully - a definite 10/10 and I would recommend this lodge to anybody!!!! Miss B

This is an ideal holiday if you want peace quiet and a chance to unwind. The accommodation was comfortable and the hot tub made it even more special. The location was perfect for exploring Yorkshire both the towns and coast. We had just the perfect time. Miss S

This was an absolutely superb park for peace and quiet and the cabin itself was immaculate - we loved every minute of the holiday. The park itself was very well kept and the information for local shops restaurants pubs and places to visit were all on hand in the cabin itself. I would recommend this holiday as it was a really nice relaxing break with pretty much everything included. The kitchen was very well equipped the hot tub was lovely and the views out over the lake were really nice and relaxing not to mention the extremely tame ducks and fish that you can feed right outside the balcony. A fantastic relaxing break excellent clean accommodation containing everything needed for a stress free holiday. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpfulness. A fabulous location within easy driving distance of York Beverley and the York designer outlet. The hot tub was well used! The free fresh eggs in the morning was a lovely bonus. Mrs H
