Conveniently situated between the historic City of York and the beautiful market town of Beverley Yellowtop offers a tranquil and stylish retreat and a gateway to the breathtaking Yorkshire Wolds. A small development of lodges each overlooking a picturesque lake affords visitors a safe and secure environment to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday or short break.

Excellent coarse fishing* opportunities are available for all ages and abilities and if you are looking for lovely walks there is a direct link to a beautiful bridleway and nature trail network from the park. Children can feed the ducks and collect the eggs or watch the wildlife.

We honestly believe we have found one of the best country parks in the UK. There was a hot tub for the girl friend and a superb fishing lake for me in brilliant accommodation. Mr H

I would recommend this holiday as it was a really nice relaxing break with pretty much everything included. The kitchen was very well equipped the hot tub was lovely and the views out over the lake were really nice and relaxing not to mention the extremely tame ducks and fish that you can feed right outside the balcony. The park was lovely and tranqil and the lodges were comfortable and well furnished we had a nice chilled week here and would definitely go again!
