Together with plenty of space for children to play a wealth of footpaths (and the opportunity to see the cows and calves when the season is right!) this is an excellent base for touring. These lodges were perfect and very well equipped especially for families. We took lots of things with us as we weren't sure what would be provided and we didn't need any of it - it was a home from home.
