I found the reception staff very helpful on arrival the entertainment was extremely good the pool was excellent and there was always plenty of room in the bar/entertainment lounge even though the park seemed busy. We did not use the childrens club but we heard that that too was a total enjoyable time for children and parents - I will highly recommend it to friends and family. Mr P
