Ladram Bay offers the perfect combination for a family seaside holiday – first class entertainment and superb facilities are on your doorstep and a wide range of Devon's attractions are within easy touring distance. The sheltered bay with its sand washed pebbles and rock pools is safe for bathing and watersports and perfect for fishing at night.

The Three Rocks Inn is your local where you can enjoy a meal on the balcony of Pebbles restaurant and take in the great views over the bay. The emphasis is on good food fun entertainment and top class cabaret – promising you a holiday to remember.

Due to steep gradients and steps in certain areas Ladram Bay may not be suitable for wheelchair users or persons with severe mobility difficulties.

One of the cleanest and friendliest parks I have ever been to. Wonderful sea views from our Otterton caravan a good indoor pool for rainy days a large amusement arcade with pool tables air slammers and soft play area and a fun crazy golf course. There is a pebble beach with rock pools so take your nets! Mrs D

I would have no hesitation recommending this parkas it is one of the best caravan parks I've been too. The caravans are lovely and everything is very clean the park facilities are excellent and so was the entertainment. The staff were very helpful too. Mrs B

The location of the park is ideal for those who want security and safety for their children. The caravans are the best equipped that we have ever stayed in the facilities are excellent and it is perfect for groups. We have stayed at Ladram Bay twice and will definitely be staying again! We met some people who have been coming for 15 years and have no wish to go anywhere else! Miss J

A very friendly site with lots of activites and entertainment. Friendly securtiy on entry which added to the site's safety. Although very busy it also had peace and quiet in the caravans which were to a very high standard. Ms F
