Otterton 3 at Ladram Bay

The sheltered bay with its sand washed pebbles and rock pools is safe for bathing and watersports and perfect for fishing at night.
The Three Rocks Inn is your local where you can enjoy a meal on the balcony of Pebbles restaurant and take in the great views over the bay. The emphasis is on good food fun entertainment and top class cabaret – promising you a holiday to remember.
Due to steep gradients and steps in certain areas Ladram Bay may not be suitable for wheelchair users or persons with severe mobility difficulties.

The park was brilliant and all the people were friendly. I have six children with ages ranging from 4 to 16 and they were all kept happy and all had something to do even in the rain. The club was just great as at certain times they had something on for every age group. I would go there again. Mr F
I would recommend this place to others due to its excellent location great walks nice little golf course good swimming pool excellent value for money on meals good amenities and the fact that it is great for children. The park was always very tidy well kept and always welcoming. Mr W
If peace and quiet is your want its the place to be. Its also great for the kids as it is not many minutes from the coast. I don't think the park could get any better - it was brilliant! Mr M
