We just love Darwin Forest - there is plenty to do if you feel inclined or just enjoy the peace and quiet! Mrs D
The park was really relaxing with not too many lodges and all the staff were very friendly. The lodge was well equipped and the park is well placed in a beautiful part of Derbyshire. Mrs F
A beautiful setting a beautiful area and lots to do and see. Mrs G
We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Darwin Forest. The facilities were wonderful and the setting made the stay really relaxing especially watching all the wildlife right outside your lodge door. We would really recommend the American adventure theme park about 20 minutes away for children under 10 it was fantastic and had something for everyone from babies to parents! Thank you for a wonderful time -we will be back! Mr B
A good family park but also suitable for couples looking for comfortable and peaceful surroundings from which to explore the area. This was our third time at the park but about the tenth time with hoseasons. Mrs W
Leisure facilities very good. Staff very helpful. Mrs K
We were a group of 19 in three accommodations spanning 3 generations. Everyone found activities to suit them and the lounge was big enough for us all to get together to celebrate. The heating in March was sufficient for my 80 year old parents who had a lovely weekend. Mrs B
We absolutely loved Darwin Forest Country Park and have already recommended it to others. It was so peaceful and relaxing and yet central for so many beautiful areas of Derbyshire. Mrs D
Ideal for families who enjoy the outdoor experience with lots of home comforts from spacious wooden holiday lodges. Miss D
A central location very near to major cities including Sheffield and Nottingham. The lodges were very comfortable - a home from home and the leisure centre was excellent and the spa treatments were great value for money. Mrs P
