We didn't know what to expect as it was our first visit. We arrived late and staff were brilliant accommodation excellent. In fact our two children liked it so much we are going back in the spring. MR M

The accommodation was very nice and clean on arrival this was the Plymouth a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. The on site pub is very nice and allows dogs inside which is unusual. The food is excellent and they have now started serving breakfast. Its a very nice walk down to the beach which takes about 10 minutes from there you can walk into Filey at low tide which takes about 45 minutes - before you go make sure you download a tide timetable so you know the times. We went into Scarborough for the day and used the new Park & Ride scheme which was very good and for the three of us and dog it was only £3.60 return. Very good service and well worth it for the whole day no parking issues and it drops you off at one end of the seafront. To conclude we had a great relaxing time on a park that was clean and tidy and in a very nice apartment. Mrs W

The location warm welcome and the high standard of the accommodation greatly impressed us. The John Paul Jones Pub is excellent and the meals were of an incredibley high standard and very reasonably priced. All my family keep asking is when are we going back! Mr P

The location was great with the choice to go onto the Yorkshire Moors or into several seaside towns or smaller bay areas within a short drive from The Bay. The apartments were very well presented with all the luxury items you would want. We had a great family week away and would recommend this site to any family that wants to do their own thing and not have the hustle and bustle of large more well known sites. Mrs W
