The accommodation was very nice and clean on arrival this was the Plymouth a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. The on site pub is very nice and allows dogs inside which is unusual. The food is excellent and they have now started serving breakfast. Its a very nice walk down to the beach which takes about 10 minutes from there you can walk into Filey at low tide which takes about 45 minutes - before you go make sure you download a tide timetable so you know the times. We went into Scarborough for the day and used the new Park & Ride scheme which was very good and for the three of us and dog it was only £3.60 return. Very good service and well worth it for the whole day no parking issues and it drops you off at one end of the seafront. To conclude we had a great relaxing time on a park that was clean and tidy and in a very nice apartment. Mrs W

Highly recommended to one and all. The accommodation surpasses all other places we have stayed in and paid alot more for. The apartment was superb with furnishings and fittings of extremely high quality. Spotlessly clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble for them. The accommodation was fitted and furnished to a very high standard with all mod cons in the kitchen. The park is very quiet and has a lovely pub which serves excellent meals the beach is close by and the park is dog friendly. This is our second visit to The Bay and I know we will be back again in the very near future! Mrs H
