Rhododendron Lodge 3 at Oakdene Forest Park
Oakdene Forest Park is the perfect choice for your family holiday near the New Forest. Relax and explore the area by day and then enjoy evening entertainment. The park offers immediate access for walkers and cyclists to the Hurn forest as well as the easily accessible 26km Castleman Trailway. Bournemouth with its award winning beaches is just 9 miles away and new for 2010 is the Surf Reef at nearby Boscombe.
The indoor pool has a flume and shallow beach area while the outdoor pool area boasts two shallow fun pools. To relax Oakdene offers a sauna steam room and spa bath or if you are feeling energetic there is the state of the art gym crazy golf and table tennis. For children there is a play area and Game Zone with video games.
The Oakdene Country Club offers a bistro style eating area and the Oak entertainment suite where you can dance the night away to regular guest groups or a disco.

I would thoroughly recommend Hoseasons - for the past five years I have only used Hoseasons because they offer a brillant service which is head and shoulders above the rest. My holidays with Hoseasons are always wonderful and when I have to leave I regret that I could not stay longer. Mr H
I would recommend this holiday because the accommodation was outstanding. Even in December we found the lodge was very warm and cosy. We all had plenty of room to move around and the leisure facilities were great for the children. Everything was very clean and of a very high standard. The park in general was clean and set out well. The pool was great although we did not get to use the outside area as it was May and it was not yet open. It also has a well equiped gym. The sit was quiet and had access to a large wood with plenty of path's to follow. Mrs S
I would definitely recommend this holiday for families of various age ranges as there is something for everyone. An excellent location for discovering the Dorset coast or just chilling in the well equipped lodges. This was our second year holidaying here and as usual everything was as expected - faultless. The kids knew their way around and we felt secure in knowing that they were safe which was our priority. Mrs W

Oakdene Forest Park is fantastic for families. there were two small children in our party who loved the evening entertainment and the staff were fantasric with them. The swimming pool is lovely both inside and out and we felt very at home in the luxury lodge. We will definitely be recommending this park to friends and family! Mrs R
