Our "Best in Britain 2009" award winning park Darwin Forest in the heart of the Peak District is the perfect woodland setting for you to relax enjoy your holiday and leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind.
This David Bellamy Gold Award winning park is situated in a peaceful location between Matlock and Bakewell in the Derbyshire Dales and only 5 miles from Chatsworth House. This is an ideal spot from which to explore the moors dales and picturesque villages and towns of the Peak District one of the most popular National Parks in the world.
The Evolution Leisure Centre includes a large indoor swimming pool gym spa steam room and sauna as well as massage and beauty therapy facilities.
A state of the art indoor children's play zone - brand new for 2010 - will provide hours of fun and entertainment for younger children.

It was such a lovely place peaceful but still with plenty to do and see. The Foresters Restaurant was brilliant we ate in there every night and was impressed every time. The ladies on reception were more than helpful and really cheerful even at the end of the day - thanks and well done to them! Mrs B
