The lodges were beautiful very warm and welcoming and all the fittings new and top class. The hot tubs are sublime and even in the worst weather you have to try it - because you don't notice the cold or wind once you are in and enjoying the massaging effect and a glass of bubbly! York isn't far away and if you use the park and ride facility it takes all the difficulty away and its a quick trip in to town and the buses are frequent. Mr W

My husband and I would recommend this particular holiday to anyone. It is perfectly placed for touring the district and for visiting York. The local village is lovely and has most of the facilities which you could need on holiday. The lodges are very well appointed and the park is very quiet and peaceful.
