This exceeded our expectations - we stayed in a Solo which had everything you could need ultra modern with all mod cons. The staff were lovely and the pub was really nice serving good food in luxurious surroundings. It is a short drive from Filey Bridlington Scarborough and Whitby. We even ordered a chinese in one night after a day of sight seeing (from a flyer in our room) which was delivered to our door. We had everything we could have needed for a relaxing/quiet break. We just wanted a relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we got. It was really enjoyable and we would definitely go back again. The pub on site served great food and staff were helpful and friendly also it wasn't far from Bridlington and Scarborough so we enjoyed some good days out there. Mr P

Stayed on a short break lovely accommodation clean and warm. The park is on the old Butlins Filey sight which brought back many fond memories although it is all gone now. Staff very friendly and helpful will be staying again. Mr M

The accommodation was better than I had imagined it would be and the appearance/exterior of the properties was done to a good standard. The beach itself wasn't very far from the accommodation so we were able to walk there. Ms M

We had an excellent last minute weekend away at The Bay. We were looking for somewhere to relax and unwind but with facilities for our toddler son to enjoy and loved the community feel of The Bay the child friendly bar/restaurant the beach area and the beautifully furnished and spacious apartment. The Solo apartment was 1 bedroomed but we were surprised by the very modern and spacious accommodation with everything we needed. We will be returning soon. Mrs F
