The heart of the Victorian resort of Filey is just 3 miles away with shops restaurants and award winning gardens and museum the friendly atmosphere and traditional seaside charm has made it a holiday favourite for many years. The larger vibrant resort of Scarborough 'Britain's first seaside resort' is only a short drive up the coastline. We had an excellent last minute weekend away at The Bay. We were looking for somewhere to relax and unwind but with facilities for our toddler son to enjoy and loved the community feel of The Bay the child friendly bar/restaurant the beach area and the beautifully furnished and spacious apartment. The Solo apartment was 1 bedroomed but we were surprised by the very modern and spacious accommodation with everything we needed. We will be returning soon. Mrs F

This exceeded our expectations - we stayed in a Solo which had everything you could need ultra modern with all mod cons. The staff were lovely and the pub was really nice serving good food in luxurious surroundings. It is a short drive from Filey Bridlington Scarborough and Whitby. We even ordered a chinese in one night after a day of sight seeing (from a flyer in our room) which was delivered to our door. We had everything we could have needed for a relaxing/quiet break. I am a travel agent and this will be highly recommended to all of my customers! Miss P
