We had an excellent last minute weekend away at The Bay. We were looking for somewhere to relax and unwind but with facilities for our toddler son to enjoy and loved the community feel of The Bay the child friendly bar/restaurant the beach area and the beautifully furnished and spacious apartment. The Solo apartment was 1 bedroomed but we were surprised by the very modern and spacious accommodation with everything we needed. We will be returning soon. Mrs F

A beautiful location stunning accommodation and a relaxing environment. The beach is a short stroll away and there is a lovely on site pub. I would definitely return to The Bay. Ms G

The holiday we had a Filey was ideal - The Bay was brand new accommodation for 2008 & although the facilities were not yet built ie the shops & swimming complex - it will be somewhere we will return to again next year when fully open. Staff were very helpful and layout of accommodation was very good Mrs S

Received a call a few days before arrival welcoming us and giving details about the location and our arrival time. Was very easy to find next door to primrose valley on the bridlington/filey road. Apartment was spotless very comfortable and new furnishings. Far better than staying in a hotel/B&B. Pub on site which was a 5 min walk from the apartment. Also has a private road down to the beach which took about a further 10mins. Security was constantly driving around the site. 3 min drive to Filey for food shopping takeaways etc. VERY pleased and have already made a return booking! Mr W

The accommodation was better than I had imagined it would be and the appearance/exterior of the properties was done to a good standard. The beach itself wasn't very far from the accommodation so we were able to walk there. Ms M
