Individually set in 40 acres of private woodland the log cabins in Sherwood Forest are your perfect choice for a holiday right in the heart of beautiful Robin Hood Country.

This makes a great all round base for touring with open countryside and cities waiting to be explored. You will find a host of scenic and historic attractions.

For those not wanting to venture too far the park offers a wide range of facilities to suit all ages and all tastes.

Shops are just 2 miles away and the immediate area has many good restaurants and inns. A car is advisable to get the most from your holiday.

We would definitely recommend Sherwood Castle Holiday Forest. There is plenty to do both on and off the park. We went for 7 days and on 2 of the days did not leave the park. Our 6 year old enjoyed the play areas the childrens mountain bike trail and most of all the swimming pool. The park is very close to 2 National Trust parks that had great walks and cycle tracks. We will most definitely be going back again!!! Mrs W
