A fantastic holiday location overlooking Portreath bay with easy access to the beach along a wooded footpath. The lodges are brilliant being light spacious and incredibly well furnished. A very peaceful location with great leisure facilities for exercise and relaxation. Dr K

Gwel an Mor is perfectly situated for exploring the southern areas of Cornwall. It has a perfectly good beach for surfing and rock pooling just 2 minutes drive down the road or a 10 minute walk if you are not lazy! The facilities on this beach are good as well - a nice surf shop with wetsuit hire and all you need for the beach and there are other good sandy beaches just a short drive away. The setting at Gwel an Mor is very peaceful and quiet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the Terrace Restaurant which served beautiful food for a treat. Plenty of supermarkets nearby to stock up on self-catering items and some nice little local shops in Portreath. We will definitely being going back again. Mrs M
The accommodation was outstanding with very high quality furnishings; we were really happy with the lodge and the park - everything we needed was provided and more. We had great views across the Atlantic and the hot tub was a bonus. We also had privacy and peace and quiet. Mrs F
