Gwel an Mor whose Cornish name means 'view of the sea' is set in a stunning location perched on a hilltop overlooking the ocean and just a short walk from the beach. Voted one of the top ten coastal holidays by the Guardian in 2008.

Close to the fishing village of Portreath this stylish holiday village holds the < >David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation and is the perfect place for a family holiday or romantic break. The club house includes an indoor heated swimming pool together with jacuzzi steam room and sauna. A fantastic holiday location overlooking Portreath bay with easy access to the beach along a wooded footpath. The lodges are brilliant being light spacious and incredibly well furnished. A very peaceful location with great leisure facilities for exercise and relaxation. Dr K

We stayed at a Tregea VIP lodge. It was very clean and tastefully furnished. The park is a good base for visiting lovely beaches on the North Coast and being only a few miles from the A30 one can easily do day trips to places such as Falmouth and St Michael's Mount. Mrs F
