This was the best holiday break we have had for cleanliness facilities and friendly people. The location is right on the bank of the river Tees the setting was wonderful and a 10 minute walk along the riverside brought us to Barnard Castle and shopping facilities. A wonderful break and we are certainly going again! Mr C

Sand-Le-Mere is an excellant park with plenty to keep us entertained and it has very helpful staff. The entertainment in the Mermaid Bar and other bars was also really good. Mr M

First impressions are not always right as we found out to our delight at this site once we settled in it was great the entertainment mon-fri was for the children which was brilliant the prices in the bar was very reasonable there was plenty to keep entertained the staff were very pleasant and the location was right next to the beach so overall the holiday was excellent and we are definitely considering going back again next year or in October this year for a short break. It is an emaculate well laid out caravan site with everything to hand I was even considering buying a static caravan to live in down there. It was a the best caravan and holiday we have had with Hoseasons. Mr K
