Very good for families we had a 1 year old with us and was the first time we had taken him away. The caravan was lovely spacious and clean and the site was quiet and clean. We were close to Hornsea and went there twice but the sea is right by the site and there is a pool with play area there too. I would recommend this holiday to others with small children. Miss T

This was the best holiday break we have had for cleanliness facilities and friendly people. The location is right on the bank of the river Tees the setting was wonderful and a 10 minute walk along the riverside brought us to Barnard Castle and shopping facilities. A wonderful break and we are certainly going again! Mr C
