My grandchildren and I had a great time at White Rose Country Cottages. Even though the weather was not so good there was plenty to do and they loved the indoor swimming pool! Mrs P

I would definitely recommend staying at White Rose Country Cottages. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and there is a very nice pub on site which is child friendly and serves lovely generously portioned food. There is lots to see and do in the surrounding areas and the whole family had a great time. Miss L

Excellent central location near to literally hundreds of attractions. The accommodation was clean and adequately equipped. The owners and other occupants on site were very friendly and helpful and there was oplenty of space for the dog too. The on site pub served excellent food and an even better price. I recommend going up to the Yorkshire gliding club as our 2 children experienced a wonderful flight. I will definitely be going back as it is ideally located for numerous horseracing tracks. Mr M
