This family run cliff-top park holds a David Bellamy Silver Award for Conservation and sits just 200m from the beach. The superb leisure centre boasts an indoor pool jacuzzi and sauna while the Tow Bar Inn offers several bars entertainment restaurant and children's room. A well stocked fishing lake is on site golf and bowling are nearby.

No access to beach unless walk to next site. Would prefer direct access when carrying beach kit for all. Too far for some members of family with slight walking difficulties Shop far too expensive Not enough benches around park to sit on especially market day around market area. Would be able to stay around longer sit and eat drinkice creams etc.enjoy the occasion but not catered for unless sit on floor had disabled and elderly family with us unable to get on floor/grass area etc so had to go back to caravan. The caravans at Skirlington are brilliant - clean and tidy. The beach is only a few yards away and the people are very friendly and helpful. You need a car to get around but there are some good places to go to not too far away. Mrs H

The park has fantastic facilities and is brilliant for children there was plenty for them to do and they were never bored throughout the week. Mrs P
