Exclusive 12ft-wide timber clad holiday home. One double with ensuite shower and/or WC and one twin some lodges have childsize beds please check when booking. Bath with overhead shower or shower. Patio doors at the rear of the lodge leading to a large timber deck with private outdoor hot tub facing into the woodland. A superb base for exploring the huge array of things to see and do in this beautiful part of the country the local area abounds with picturesque towns and villages and many family attractions. The famous race track and museum at Castle Donington well-loved Drayton Manor the thrilling rides of Alton Towers Conkers Craft and Visitor Centre with its amphitheatre where shows range from Shakespeare's plays to live bands. The Snowdome which boasts the first indoor Ski slope with real snow is just 15 minutes drive away. Ice skating snow boarding and tobogganing are available and the renowned Belfry golf courses number among the array of attractions nearby.

The lodges are fantastic and represent excellent value for money in todays economic climate. The park is ideally located and there are many attractions within a short travelling distance. The hot tubs are great to relax in after a busy day out! Mr E
A wonderful holiday that we would recomend to anyone who would want a quiet and peaceful time. Very helpful staff and nothing was too much trouble. A secluded park even being on a busy road as once through gates you wouldn't know where you were. We can't wait to go back again next year! Mrs. T
The holiday accommodation was absolutely fantastic! Me and my partner had a brilliant stay at Swainswood Park and it was above the standard of what we were expecting. The staff were welcoming and friendly the lodge was spotless and spacious and it had everything we required. We knew before going there was nothing on the actual park apart from the lodges but there aer plenty of supermarkets takeaways and shopping centres nearby. Other activities we enjoyed within a 20 mile drive included Alton Towers and Drayton Manor theme and Zoo park. I would definitley recommend it to couples as a getaway and to families with transport to get to such activities. Five stars! Miss C
